Collectively, these brands operate in 17 countries across three continents and are supported by over 300 employees worldwide, with offices in Miami, Quito, El Salvador, and Mexico City.
Each brand under the OneNest umbrella remains focused on its unique mission and market, operating as an independent entity. However, the new structure facilitates shared resources, better financial transparency, and collaborative innovation, creating a framework for sustainable growth across the board.

- El Salvador: We are working with the Ministry of Health to introduce a nationwide interoperability layer and deploy CareBird, our advanced EHR solution.
- Guatemala: Discussions are underway to modernize the public health infrastructure using CareBird’s state-of-the-art technology.
- GCC Regions: Stakeholders in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Jordan are partnering with us to introduce cutting-edge healthcare solutions that improve efficiency and access.
These efforts build on the success of HealthBird Ecuador, which has revolutionized healthcare delivery for millions of users.

Held on April 21st, the conference eMerge America is the most significant tech event that brought together more than 10,000 attendees, 400 participating companies, and 200 speakers to Miami, FL.
The conference was founded in 2014 to establish Miami as a global technology by Manny Medina, a serial entrepreneur, and co-founder of Terremark. This cloud computing company was acquired by Verizon in 2011 for $1.4 billion.
Medina started eMerge Americas as an opportunity to showcase Miami's potential and to connect the city with other global tech hubs. The conference has since grown to become one of the premier tech events in the world.
As a Miami-based company, it was an honor to showcase HealthBird and compete with the best teams for the opportunity to get $420,000 investment from Florida Funders, Panoramic Ventures, and eMerge Americas.
After two days of pitching, our member-centric solution to healthcare and successful traction made HealthBird anonymously voted winner of the competition.
We showed angel investors, top VC funds, and industry leaders why personalized healthcare is the key to improving the healthcare industry across the country and what it can do when technology streamlines it properly. Our tailored plan selection, remote monitoring, coaching, and support, all powered by data analytics and AI, are just a few ways we accomplish this.
Winning in Miami, a city rapidly becoming a global technology hub and our hometown, was especially meaningful. This is a massive achievement, and we couldn't have done it without the support of our fantastic team and, of course, our wonderful HealthBird community. At its heart, HealthBird is a wellness company. To solve modern day healthcare challenges, however, we also have to be on the cutting edge of technology. Our algorithms are the first ever to simplify shopping for health insurance, and we wanted to share our exciting progress with the biggest names in tech. To do that, we attended the Collision Conference, one of the biggest conferences in the tech sector.
Held in Toronto, it was the first in person conference since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. It’s attended by the likes of Slack, Airbnb, Lyft, Cisco, and so many more. It was also named “The stunning future of tech conferences” by Digital Trends, and it was the first ever conference for HealthBird!
Our experience at the Collision Conference was everything we hoped for
…And more! Before the conference, we went in with a few main goals: To introduce our brand to fellow tech companies, network with healthcare veterans, and explore possible partnerships. We’re thrilled to say we accomplished all of that.
In addition to making valuable connections with our peers in tech and getting our names out there with international media outlets, we partnered with numerous companies we met at the conference. We also had the opportunity to build powerful relationships with the founders of fellow startups, helping us to prep for our future international launch in Canada and beyond.
